Agbenla signed, straight into the academy
AIK have signed 18-year-old midfielder Oreoluwa Agbenla from Nigerian club Beyond Limits FA on a deal running to 2030 (1) (4). He starts in the academy setup. Sporting director Miika Takkula described him as a box-to-box midfielder with good game understanding: "He plays maturely and balances offensive and defensive contributions, while being skilled at finishing inside the opponent's penalty area" (1). AIK have been scouting him since early 2025 and watched him live at the Gothia Cup (1).
Helm wins it on his Allsvenskan debut
Adrian Helm came off the bench and scored the winner in AIK's 2–1 victory over Mjällby (2). It was his first ever Allsvenskan appearance. "There is of course more to show," Helm said afterwards (2). The win makes it two in a row for your team, who now sit 9th with 18 points from 12 games.
GAIS missing key players for Saturday
