Carlgren training with Karlberg, still without a club
Patrik Carlgren is back in Stockholm. The former AIK goalkeeper, who left Nantes earlier this summer, is training with Karlberg while his agent works the market (1). "Marknaden är öppen," Carlgren told Expressen (1). He turns 33 this season. Right now, no deal is on the table.
Björklund: 'Jealous' of AIK's Yohanna sale
Joachim Björklund, IFK Göteborg's academy boss, is not hiding it. He looks at AIK's sale of Zadok Yohanna to Brighton for around 300 million kronor and admits the envy. Björklund compares it to Blåvitt's own academy output, Gustaf Brantlind went for 20 million kronor (2) (3). "Lite avundsjuk, det var inte vi som fick pengarna," he said (2). It stings across town ahead of Sunday's meeting.
Fenger: 'Best I've felt this year' ahead of AIK clash
Max Fenger says the fitness data backs it up. The IFK Göteborg forward told media he feels better than at any point in 2026, with tests confirming the uptick (4). "Bästa jag känt i år," he said (4). AIK face Blåvitt on Sunday at Gamla Ullevi, and Fenger looks ready.
