Two points dropped by Colón, one point stolen by you
Colón 2–2 Almirante Brown in Santa Fe on Saturday, fecha 34 of Zona A, and you go home with a point nobody expected. Colón had the win in their hands at the Brigadier López and let it go (1) (3). Your team fought back twice. The draw stretches the winless run to seven matches (1).
The Reducido is secured
Seventh in Zona A with 48 points from 34 games and a goal difference of +4, and the classification to the Reducido is confirmed (2). That was one of the year's objectives, and it is done. There is still a second promotion spot to fight for.
Rasmussen was furious
Federico Rasmussen did not hide it after the match. "Con bronca porque queríamos los tres puntos," the Colón man said, angry because they wanted all three (4). He pointed at a four-match run without conceding: "Veníamos de cuatro vallas invictas, de un orden en cuanto al bloque defensivo" (4). Your team broke that order twice.
Deportivo Morón at home on Sunday
The clásico is next. Deportivo Morón visit on Sunday, October 25, at 19:30 CET (2). Then Godoy Cruz away on Saturday, October 31 at 19:00 CET. Form reads L L L D D. A derby is a decent place to stop that.
