Monaco linked to Torino winger, Perrinelle backs Pogba comeback

Monaco eye Swedish winger Njie

Monaco are one of the clubs tracking Torino's Alieu Njie, the Swedish wide attacker who has caught attention in Serie A. AZ Alkmaar are also in the mix for the 21-year-old, described as a one-on-one specialist (1). No bid yet, but with Jorge Mendes active in the principality and a summer rebuild taking shape under incoming coach Filipe Luis, wing reinforcements make sense.

Pogba return: 'the bet is not lost'

Former Monaco assistant coach Damien Perrinelle believes Paul Pogba can still return to the highest level. "Le pari n'est pas perdu," he says, the bet is not lost (2). Pogba's comeback trail continues, and Perrinelle's optimism carries weight given his time inside the club. For a Monaco midfield that could use quality and leadership, even a glimpse of the old Pogba would be a story worth following.
