Austin to open LOVB Pro volleyball season against Nebraska in San Antonio

Defending LOVB Pro champion Austin will open the new volleyball season against Nebraska in San Antonio on Dec. 16, the league's first match of the year (1). It is a road trip for the trophy holders, with Madisen Skinner and Jordan Larson on a roster that won it all last season. "San Antonio will be at the center of the volleyball world in December, and we're excited to bring LOVB Pro to the city to open our new season," commissioner Sandra Idehen said (1). The league grows to 10 teams for its third season, adding Los Angeles, Miami, Minnesota and San Francisco alongside Austin, Atlanta, Houston, Madison, Nebraska and Salt Lake City (1).
