Christian Ramírez earns Austin FC a draw

Christian Ramírez's equalizer has been named the Energy Moment of the Matchday, and Austin FC fans know why (1). It came in the 3–3 draw with San Diego FC on September 27, the fourth draw in five games for a side stuck in 13th in the Western Conference on 31 points (1). Ramírez is the one player turning stalemates into something, and the table shows the cost of everything else: a -12 goal difference across 27 games. Nashville SC visit on October 11, then LAFC away four days later (NEXT MATCH). Draws will not carry this team up the standings.
