£117m Rogers deal agreed
Chelsea have a verbal agreement to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa for £117m (€137.6m) (1) (2) (3) (4). David Ornstein broke the story (4). Rogers also had Arsenal in for him but chose Stamford Bridge (7). It will be a club-record fee, the fourth most expensive signing in English football history (6). Jackson could head the other way
