Solet deal progressing as Inter meet Udinese

Inter held talks with Udinese on Tuesday over a double swoop for Oumar Solet and Arthur Atta. The negotiations, reported by Repubblica (2), come with the Nerazzurri pushing to finalise terms for Solet – Sky Italia say the deal is closing in at around €20 million plus bonuses.

The 25-year-old French centre-back has emerged as a priority target as Inter reshape the squad. Atta, a 21-year-old midfielder also at Udinese, was discussed in the same meeting, with Inter asking for information about his availability.

Separately, the same Repubblica report notes that Real Madrid launched an assault for Julian Alvarez, but Atletico Madrid said no.

Movistar sponsorship ends after 20 years

Inter's two-decade partnership with Movistar has come to an end, Marca reports (1). The split marks the close of one of the club's longest-running commercial relationships. No details on a replacement sponsor have emerged yet.
