Fan reactions
The mood on r/galatasaray is split between ceremony and grievance. İlkay Gündoğan picking up the 2025 Mevlüde Genç Medal for his stand against racism drew a warm thread, with Okan Buruk, Kaan Ayhan, Leroy Sane and others at the event. The bigger argument is the arrest of the head of the MHK and several officials on forgery and mobbing charges, which fans are reading as a refereeing story. Loan-watch clips of Renato Nhaga and Aleksey Batrakov are circulating too. Gündoğan thread
