Gaute Helstrup is Malmö's new head coach
Gaute Helstrup is taking over. The Bodø/Glimt manager is confirmed as Malmö FF's new head coach, replacing Miguel Ángel Ramírez (2) (7).
The Norwegian has built his reputation on high-intensity, attacking football in the Arctic Circle. Now he walks into a Malmö side sitting 9th in the table with 13 points from 10 matches, level on goal difference, needing a spark.
Your new coach inherits a squad in transition. Diego Garcia is already in the building. More moves are expected.

Arnór Sigurdsson finally leaves, the numbers are brutal
Arnór Sigurdsson is gone. The 27-year-old has been sold to Greek Super League newcomers Kalamata FC (1) (3).
And the price of the failure is now clear. Sigurdsson received a 12 million SEK signing bonus and a monthly salary of 200,000 SEK during his time at the club (4) (6). Daniel Andersson was the driving force behind the deal, a signing the club will now quietly move on from.
He never delivered. The exit is the right call for everyone involved.
Sara Kanutte Fornes sold to AC Milan
Another attacking departure for Malmö FF Women. Sara Kanutte Fornes has been sold to AC Milan, sporting director Maxim Khalil confirmed (5).
"It's been a year and a half since Sara arrived and she has contributed to the team from day one," Khalil said in the club statement (5).
She follows Miljana Ivanovic out the door after the club-record sale to Houston Dash. The women's side just thumped Kristianstad 6–0, but the squad is being picked apart.
Fan reactions
The Sigurdsson deal is getting roasted on r/soccer. Fans are calling it one of the worst value signings in recent Allsvenskan memory, and the financial details have only made it sting more.
