Yassin Mohammed loaned to Gent
Yassin Mohammed is leaving Malmö. The 19-year-old striker joins KAA Gent on loan until summer 2027, with a buy option for the Belgian club (1) (2) (4). He will play for Jong KAA Gent in the Challenger Pro League.
Sportchef Philip Berglund explained the move: "Yassin har haft svårt att ta plats på grund av en tuff konkurrenssituation och vi tror att den här lösningen är bäst för alla parter. Vi önskar honom lycka till i Belgien" (4).
Lahdo had options, signed late
Mayckel Lahdo did not lack suitors. The new Malmö player confirmed he weighed several alternatives before signing, and the deal went through with hours left of the transfer window (3).
