Second Anderson bid rejected, Forest want £130m
Manchester City have had a second offer for Elliot Anderson turned down by Nottingham Forest. The bid was worth £106m plus £15m in performance-related bonuses, but Forest are holding out for a package worth up to £130m, an initial £110m payment with up to £20m in add-ons (1).
