Allan Elias agreed with Palmeiras
City have an agreement with Palmeiras for Allan Elias at 40 million euros (7) (8) (10). The Brazilian winger arrives as the replacement for Savinho (8). Fans in Brazil say the hype around Allan has been quiet compared to Endrick, Estêvão, and Gabriel Jesus, but that has not slowed the deal down.
