The derby is here
Olympiacos host Panathinaikos at the Georgios Karaiskakis on Sunday 11 October, 21:00 CEST, the first derby of the season (1) (2) (3). It is the game everyone has been waiting for, and it kicks off on Magenta Sport 1 (8). Your team sits fourth with 10 points from five games, two points behind the top (9). A win closes that gap.
Tsanakas: the league starts now
Giorgos Tsanakas did not dress it up. "On Sunday the league starts for Olympiacos," he said on bwinSPORT FM 94.6 (6). Everything before this was warm-up. This is the real thing.
Ounahi has never beaten you
Azeddine Ounahi has faced Olympiacos five times and won none of them (4). He lines up for Panathinaikos in the derby. Five games, no win, and he knows it.
How Panathinaikos line up
Jacob Neestrup is set to go 4-2-3-1, with Andreas Tetteh up front (5). That is the shape coming to Piraeus. Read it, then watch it.
Marseille away is four days later
Win or lose on Sunday, the Europa League is back fast. Olympiacos travel to Marseille on Thursday 15 October, 21:00 CEST, then go to Panetolikos on Sunday 18 October, 16:00 CEST, before hosting Sparta Prague on Thursday 22 October, 21:00 CEST.
