Giannis Saliakas scored at 90'+2' to give Olympiacos the win in their final match before the international break, keeping the club near the top of the Super League table. Olympiacos sit 5th on 10 points from 5 games, with a +2 goal difference after wins over Asteras Tripoli, Jagiellonia Bialystok and Levadiakos. Coach Imanol Alguathil now has the break to install his ideas at Renti, but he is working without Silva and Sa, both injured, while 15 internationals are away on duty (1). Olympiacos are also scanning the free-agent market, with a deadline of 29 September to add a signing; Guerreiro's name has come up (1).
