Jedvaj on the way out, Croatian clubs circling

Panathinaikos want to move Tin Jedvaj on. The Croatian defender is not in the plans, and two clubs from his homeland are paying attention, Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split have both shown interest (1). This follows the recent sale of Karol Świderski to Widzew Łódź, so the club are trimming the squad methodically (1).
