Neestrup's three-point plan, Votanikos progress

Neestrup's blueprint: the three priorities taking shape

The ink is barely dry on Jacob Neestrup's two-year deal and the planning is already in motion (3). Three clear work streams have emerged around the new Danish coach.

First up: a show of faith. The club is leaning toward granting Neestrup a direct say in transfer decisions, a signal that the short-term thinking of the Benítez era is over. Second: the squad rebuild. Attacking reinforcements are the priority, with the wings and striker positions flagged as urgent. Third: alignment. The front office wants Neestrup embedded in every football decision before preseason kicks off (3).

Votanikos roadworks hit a milestone

The infrastructure around your new stadium is taking shape. Road network works in Votanikos are progressing steadily, with key access routes now under construction (1). These are the projects that turn a stadium site into a matchday neighbourhood.

Owner Giannis Alafouzos didn't hide his excitement: "It will be by far the most beautiful stadium in Athens" (2). Strong words, but the groundwork is finally visible.
