Eleven goals, zero points
AIK 5–6 Brommapojkarna at home on Saturday, and every single goal came in the second half (6) (7). All eleven of them. Your team trailed, clawed it back, and still lost in the ninth minute of stoppage time (2). That is a defeat that will sit with you for a while.
It also means AIK sit 9th on 33 points from 23 games, goal difference -4, with one draw and four losses in the last five (form: D L D L L). The home form is the problem. Västerås SK won 1–4 at your place on September 12. Halmstads BK beat you 2–1 on September 20. Mjällby AIF held you 1–1 on September 16.
BP are five points from a club record
The team that beat you is chasing history. BP are on 30 points and need five more to break their club Allsvenskan record of 34 (4). Strand pointed straight at the target after the win at your ground (4).

Kroupkin talks are advanced, Djurgården are circling
AIK are far along in talks with HJK Helsingfors winger Nicklas Kroupkin, 17, about a permanent move for next season (2) (3) (5). Djurgården have asked about the player too (2) (5). Several meetings have already happened (3).
Kroupkin is a left winger, and the move would be permanent rather than a loan (2) (3). No deal is done. Djurgården interest means AIK cannot sit still on this one.
IFK Göteborg are next
Saturday, October 17, 17:30 CEST, at home against IFK Göteborg. Then IK Sirius away on October 24, 15:00 CEST. Two fixtures against teams below you in the table would be the obvious place to stop the slide, and AIK need it, because the run of D L D L L is the kind of form that eats a season.
