Marqués in for Tenho ahead of the derby

Mikael Marqués starts against Djurgården. Coach Henok Honkavaara confirmed the change, with Miro Tenho suspended (2). Straight swap in the heart of the defense for the biggest game of the season so far.

AIK go into this derby on the back of that 4–3 comeback away to Örgryte last Saturday. Sixten Gustafsson's first Allsvenskan goal sparked it. Now the selection crisis bites again, and Marqués is the answer.

Carlstrand warns on Hegland

Linus Carlstrand came off a first start where he notched 2+1, and he has one name on his mind for this derby: Bo Hegland. Carlstrand flags Hegland as the player AIK have to stop (3).

Something to prove

AIK say they have something to prove (1). Sitting 6th with 25 points from 16 games, the derby is a chance to back that up. Kickoff is Sunday at 14:00 away to Djurgården.
