Nouet scored, and it still wasn't enough
All Boys lost 2–1 away to Deportivo Morón in Fecha 32 of Zona A (3) (4) (6) (9). Matías Nouet got the only goal for the Blanquinegro (3). The point that was on offer at the Nuevo Francisco Urbano was the one All Boys needed, and they left without it. The gap to the relegation places is now two, with 33 points from 31 games and a goal difference of -9 (3).
Nardozza picked from what was left
Fabián Nardozza went into the Morón match unsure of his eleven, with injuries and suspensions forcing changes (7) (8), and he was still weighing his lineup the day before (10). That is the season in one detail. A coach choosing from the players available rather than the players he wants. All Boys have won once since early September. Their last five read D W L D D, and the attack has produced one goal in the last two matches, Nouet's at Morón.
Morón, by contrast, sit three points off Ferro at the top of Zona A (4) (9). Same division, same Saturday, opposite trajectories.

The women's section is pulling the weight
All Boys Femenino beat Luján 2–1 in the first leg of their Reducido round of 16 tie (2), and the return leg gives them a one-goal cushion. On the futsal side, the Albas took Club Pinocho apart 4–1 at home in Fecha 27 of the Primera A (5).
Valentina Naud reached 200 Primera División appearances for the club and was recognised after the Sudamericano Sub-20 (5) (6). That is a youth product who stayed and a milestone that means something. On a weekend where the men's team gave away another three points, the women's programmes are the part of this club still building.
What to watch
Godoy Cruz Antonio Tomba visit on Tuesday, October 13, then All Boys travel to Los Andes on Saturday, October 17 (fixtures). Those two matches decide whether the two-point cushion holds into the run-in.
Nardozza has to settle on a front line that produces more than one goal, and he has to do it without the players who were already missing at Morón. The table is unforgiving: two points is one bad Saturday.
