Alejo Tabares got the goal, and All Boys took the points in a game that will be remembered as much for what happened to the loser afterwards as for the result itself.
But the clásico did not arrive in isolation. Look at the week as a whole and a pattern emerges, one that should worry any fan who thinks three points fixes everything. All Boys have not been winning games, they have been surviving them.

None of that rescues the men's season, but it is worth naming. The women's side wins with an 84th-minute goal and nobody calls it luck. The men score in stoppage time and every point feels borrowed.
What to watch
The next match matters more than the clásico. All Boys are three points above the drop with fixtures running out, and the habit of needing late goals against teams in the same part of the table cannot carry them. Apa's equaliser bought a point on Saturday, but points bought late against Almirante Brown and Central Norte are points not taken earlier against teams All Boys should be beating. The clásico win was loud. What the season needs now is something quieter: a run of games where the result is settled long before the last kick.
