One more to go, Bournemouth can seal it Tuesday

One more to go

Arsenal beat Burnley 1–0 and now sit one Bournemouth result away from the Premier League title. Kai Havertz scored the winner, and Mikel Arteta summed it up: "One more to go" (2) (7) (8).

The game was tense, tetchy, and far from pretty, but it got the job done. David Raya, Declan Rice, and Martin Odegaard all featured as Arsenal ground through a stubborn Burnley side (11). Set pieces once again provided the breakthrough on a night where flowing football was hard to find (12).

Title could be sealed Tuesday

You do not need to wait for the weekend. If Bournemouth avoid defeat against Manchester City on Tuesday, Arsenal are champions. No match required, just a TV and nerves (1) (3) (6) (10).

Arteta joked he is now "the biggest Bournemouth fan ever" (1). After four wins from five since the City game, everything is in Bournemouth's hands tomorrow night (11).

Hjulmand linked

Arsenal are among several clubs tracking Sporting CP midfielder Morten Hjulmand. Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, and Manchester United are also interested. No bid yet, just noise for now (9).

Fan-reaktioner

The mood is part agony, part anticipation. Arteta's "one more to go" line is everywhere, alongside his joke about losing his hair to this job. Fans are sharing a clip of Patrick Vieira picking a combined 2004/2025 XI, and the Ben White appreciation posts are flowing again — the man is one of you.
