Double double, historic first
Bayern Munich men and women both won league and cup this season. It's the first time any German club has pulled off the double double in the same campaign. The men dismantled VfB Stuttgart 3–0 in the DFB-Pokal final to seal theirs, while the women clinched their own double by winning the Frauen-Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal, beating VfL Wolfsburg in the cup final.
