Chelsea set £120m Enzo Fernandez asking price as Alonso eyes Arda Güler

Your move, City, Chelsea want £120m for Enzo

Chelsea have set an asking price of around £120million for Enzo Fernandez (1). Manchester City are being linked, with their new boss Enzo Maresca, who worked with Fernandez at Chelsea, known to be an admirer. But Football Insider poured cold water on it: "A move to Manchester City, I don't see it, especially if they are pursuing this move for Elliot Anderson. Obviously he's their number one target, and they are still hopeful of agreeing a deal with Nottingham Forest. That deal would probably be a bit too rich at £120million for City." (1) Real Madrid are also watching the situation after missing out on other targets (8). The message from Chelsea is simple: pay up or move on.

Lampard wants Disasi at Coventry

Frank Lampard has just taken Coventry City up to the Premier League and he's already eyeing Chelsea's squad. Your unwanted centre-back Axel Disasi is on his list (1). Disasi has no future at Stamford Bridge, West Ham have also been linked previously, and a move to work under Lampard could suit all parties.

Xabi Alonso plans Arda Güler swoop

Incoming Chelsea boss Xabi Alonso wants a reunion with Real Madrid's Arda Güler. Chelsea are reportedly preparing a bid in the region of €100–120 million (5). Arsenal and Liverpool are also circling, but Alonso's presence could swing it your way. This is the kind of statement signing the new era needs.
