Guirassy deal agreed at €35m, Yıldırım promises two strikers
Aziz Yıldırım says he has a deal in place for Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy at €35 million, and he is setting a date to reveal the second striker target ahead of the June 6–7 presidential election (1) (2). The former president is campaigning hard, and his transfer promises are dominating the conversation.
You have every reason to pay attention. The election is five days away, and both candidates are throwing around massive names. Yıldırım is not stopping at Guirassy either.
Arda Güler loan talks underway
Yıldırım is also working on bringing Arda Güler back to the club on loan from Real Madrid (3). The former Fenerbahçe prodigy left for Spain in 2023, and a return, even temporary, would be an emotional homecoming. Nothing is done yet, but the talks are real.

Muriqi flies in as Mallorca negotiate
Vedat Muriqi landed in Turkey with his family on Sunday, and his move back to Fenerbahçe is heating up (4). Real Mallorca and the club are in negotiations over the Kosovo international, who scored 17 goals for Fenerbahçe in the 2019–20 season before his Lazio transfer. His wife Edibe is traveling with him, which usually signals more than a casual visit.

Hakan Safi is not letting Yıldırım own the headlines. His camp says two Turkish internationals are already agreed: Roma right-back Zeki Çelik and a midfielder identified only as Salih (5).
