Chatzidiakos signs for three years
PAOK have confirmed the signing of Pantelis Chatzidiakos from Dynamo Kyiv on a deal lasting until summer 2029 (2). The Greek defender arrives as part of a busy summer rebuild in Thessaloniki.

He doubled down in a separate club video: "Θέλω να δείξω στο γήπεδο τι μπορώ να κάνω με τον ΠΑΟΚ", he wants to show on the pitch what he can do for your team (4).
Europa League opener against his old club
The timing is sharp. PAOK face Dynamo Kyiv in the Europa League second qualifying round, the first official match of the season, and Chatzidiakos just left them (3). The referee for the tie has been appointed, with the return leg set for Toumba (3).
Squad reshaping continues
Chatzidiakos becomes the latest piece in a wide-ranging overhaul. Jorge Sánchez is heading to Atlas, Joan Sastre is expected at APOEL, Baptiste Santamaría has signed until 2027, and Taha Ali has landed in Thessaloniki to finalize his move. Giorgos Giakoumakis has also left at the end of his loan spell.
