PSV lost the lead at FC Twente
FC Twente 3–2 PSV on Sunday, and your team's first loss of the season cost them top spot (1) (2) (10) (14). PSV came back from a goal down and still lost it (10). AZ took over first place.

The defence is still not sorted
De Telegraaf watched the same thing you did at FC Twente 3–2 PSV: PSV cannot get their defence in order (7). Ten goals against in seven matches is the number fans are repeating.
Karim El Ahmadi did not soften it on ESPN: "If PSV have a rhythm, they are very good. But..." (8).
Van Boekel stands by the Ajax call and takes the personal hit
Pol van Boekel has spoken for the first time about his role as VAR in Ajax 1–3 PSV. He would do the same thing again: "I analysed the situation on the basis of the criteria we apply, and I would probably do exactly the same again today" (3) (5).
He did not get backing from his boss, referees chief Raymond van Meenen, who criticised the call on Ruben van Bommel's challenge on Aaron Bouwman (5) (12) (13). What he found harder: "My daughters of 18 and 15 have been approached about it. That is rotten, they did not ask for a father with this job" (9) (13).
Mauro Júnior goes to Brazil with a sour taste
Mauro Júnior is in the Brazil squad for the first time. PSV's captain travels home with a bad feeling after the FC Twente 3–2 defeat (2).
Guus Til is in the Oranje squad
Guus Til has been called up by the Netherlands. He replaces Justin Kluivert, who withdrew from the squad with an injury along with Donyell Malen (15).
Fan reactions
The mood on r/PSV after the weekend is frustration about the goals conceded, with one thread pointing out PSV have now shipped ten in seven matches and gave the game away late. Guus Til's call-up is the other thread people are on: he takes Kluivert's place in the Oranje squad.
