Ricardo Pepi is still a PSV player. Peter Bosz did not expect it. "I was a bit surprised that his transfer last season, to Fulham, didn't work out," Bosz told English media (3) (4). The striker attracted strong Premier League interest but remains in Eindhoven.
Sano tested, not yet presented
Kodai Sano completed his medical Wednesday, but the club has still not announced him (5). Rik Elfrink says the paperwork is the holdup. Fans are waiting.

Kostic and Sano getting technical praise
The early reviews are strong. Mike Verweij called Filip Kostic a smart signing (8). VoetbalPrimeur's transfer podcast described both Kostic and Sano as genuine reinforcements, Kostic in particular was labeled a "bulldozer" whose crosses carry real threat (9). Neither is expected in the line-up Saturday, but two World Cup players return (6).
Ajax block Baas move
Ajax are not playing ball. Youri Baas will not be sold to PSV. Mike Verweij: "Unless they come with a big bag of money" (7). Ajax simply do not want to strengthen a domestic rival.
