Mauricio Pochettino will decide his USMNT future next week. The Argentine confirmed on Cadena Cope that U.S. Soccer has made him a formal contract offer to stay on: "We are evaluating it, looking at it. Next week we will make a decision" (1). His future has been in question since the round of 16 exit to Belgium, a tournament that saw Folarin Balogun's breakout overshadowed by off-field controversy and presidential intervention.
